Week 1 - 21Days To Break Old Habits

WELCOME TO WEEK 1!!!

Firstly we want to welcome you into the Empowered Man 12wk Immersion & acknowledge you for investing in yourself to becoming a greater version of yourself.

In Week 1 we dive into the following:

1. FOUNDATIONS

  • This is where we dive into things around our habits & behaviour. Where they came from, our childhood & upbringing, and how they all impact us today as grown men.
  • Please find the attached PDF to download & complete

2. KING ENERGY

  • Please create yourself a playlist of tracks that help bring the King Energy out of you!
  • Set 3 daily alarms on your smartphone to stimulate the King Energy within you during your day. When your alarm goes off take that moment or minute to drop into your King Energy.

3. VICES

  • Please comment via the Slack App in the Vices channel what your vice to hold yourself accountable & allow the brothers to witness & hold you accountable too.
  • Along with your vice please follow with your consequence for breaking your vice if broken.

DAILY TASKS TO REMEMBER:

  • TRAINING - Plan your training times/days. Get familiar with & utilise Trainerize.
  • NUTRITION - Organise your nutrition plan with your Coach. Get familiar with & utilise MyFitnessPal
  • MINDSET - Start your week & everyday with an Intention. Start your Daily Gratitude Journal.
  • COMMUNITY - Contribute to our community daily. Tag your brothers in your social media with your workouts, post workout or meal pics in the group, share thoughts videos or quotes, acknowledgements or breakthroughs, whatever it is it's all a contribution to OUR Community!
