The Trifecta formula is a 3 part approach to helping support you into an Empowered Woman.

The everyday athlete is someone who relies on talent alone but may not necessarily put much effort in with their nutrition or even invest in their mindset, whereas the elite athlete mindset is someone who extends themselves to ensure they take all the measures required to nourish & fuel their body to perform at her best to produce the best results she can achieve.
2. THE 4 ARCHETYPES OF THE DIVINE FEMININE: QUEEN / WILD WOMAN / MOTHER / WISE WOMAN
The 4 Archetypes is all about the energetics of the parts of a woman that she can express in her life. This is about your Soul & your Spirit energy that you bring to everything in your life. How you show up to every area in your life is the energy you bring to each area of your life. This is about dropping into your second part of connection to spirit. The Divine Feminine is all about flow energy, is all about being heart centred and connected to her emotions, and is guarded by her intuition. Depending on what situation or environment you're in will influence the type of energy that you bring, and how you can interweave in between these energies to express yourself in your fullest expression in all areas of your life.
3. THE 5 LOVE LANGUAGES
Communication is Key!!! The 5 Love Languages will allow you to communicate with others more effectively. If you know how people respond best it will allow you to be able to deliver your message to them more effectively! Depending on what someones love language is will determine what's the best way for you to approach them. Being able to communicate with them better will allow you to be able to connect with them much MUCH better! Essentially leading to more free flowing & harmonious relationships with all people.
