This container has been created for the purposes of being able to support you the coaches &/or facilitator, new & experienced, to building your skillset to a place where you can confidently bring for to your community of people your medicine and what you are here to share with the world in your own unique way.

We are all here to learn, grow & succeed.

This will require Self Leadership & Teamwork.

5 GROUND RULES:

2. INTEGRITY: Our commitment to our word will reflect our Integrity to ourselves and each other. This is deep & powerful work, integrity is imperative to grow & thrive.
3. TEAMWORK: To grow & thrive in abundance, to achieve our greatest results will require many forms of teamwork along the way. Together everyone achieves more.
4. LEAD WITH LOVE: This is deep work we are all committed to. Leading with Love will help illuminate the pathway forward for a more powerful & integral journey for you and everyone you share it with.
5. SELF LEADERSHIP: All Leadership starts with Self Leadership. Our ability to lead others is deeply influenced by our ability to lead ourselves first. We strive to support you to be a strong, independant, sovereign human being, capable of leading yourself and others in what you have been gifted to bring to the world.
