Building Your Capacity..
This is all about setting the right intention. Creating a strong container for yourself to hold everything you’re going to learn, to allow yourself to use as tools to transform yourself. You see, true transformation is an inside job. What you seek is already inside of you, but in order for us to transform you we are going to need build your ability to learn, apply & grow. How do we do this? We do this by completing daily tasks. A lot like in the gym where we do reps, building your container or capacity is about doing the basics everyday to create habit. It’s through the daily repetition of these habits that we can create an opportunity for change. Stimulating progress which can lead to results. Then question is “Who do we need to become to make this happen?”.
Whilst most people ask the question “How” did you do something, the right question they should be asking is “Who do I need to become to achieve what I want to achieve?”
- How do they walk, talk & think?
- How do they eat, train & move?
- What type of company do they keep & who are there circle of friends?
Our actions & thoughts play a massive influence on the people we become!
