This app is where all your workouts will be stored & recorded. This is also where your progress pics, weigh in & measurements will be recorded & stored too.
Another handy feature of Trainerize is that it syncs up MyFitnessPal which is where you’ll track your nutrition. Which will allow both you & I to track your training, nutrition & physical progress all conveniently.
B. Nutrition App - MYFITNESSPAL
Track your daily eating habits here to get a better understanding of your eating habits & their nutritional breakdown. You can’t out exercise a bad diet, which makes getting to know more accurately what your calorie intake & macronutrient balance is for your eating habits is paramount for your success.
C. Video Call App - ZOOM
Zoom is what we'll use for any private 101 coaching video calls & weekly roundtable group calls. This will allow both you & I plus us as a group to communicate face to face.
