Today you will learn about our methodology around nutrition.
There are many ways to go about nutrition, but for this program we want to make this process as simple as possible to reduce confusion as much as possible, increase results & maintainability as much as possible!

When it comes to nutrition we like to keep things simple & base our approach off of formulas. Following basic formulas will allow us to create effective healthy eating habits & when necessary allow us to make adjustments when needed to keep your metabolism burning strong & your results continually rolling in!

We want you to focus on consuming whole foods as much as possible.
Post your lunch or meals, get interactive as the other men may pick up some great tips & ideas that you have that they donโ€™t!

We want you to get familiar with your MyFitnessPal App & get used to inputing your foods into it daily so we can see what's happening, what's working & what's not.
But also so you can start to pay attention to how you're actually nourishing your body each day with each meal too.
