HOT & COLD CONTRAST

This one is bringing in the elements!

If you're wanting to notch things up a little in a very simple way then this protocol may be just what you're looking for.

METHOD:

  • Hot/warm shower first. Clean your body.
  • Once done, turn on cold water to breathe.
  • After breathwork is complete turn hot back on to finish sequence.

BREATHWORK:

  1. 10 x Nasal in & Nasal/Mouth out
  2. 10 count breath retention after 10th breath out
  3. 10 count breath in to the top
  4. 10 count breath retention at the top
  5. 10 count breath out to the bottom as if breathing out a straw with a hum.
