Anchoring in your day with your Daily Rituals will help to support you to Win The Morning Win The Day.

We have a very simple 2 Part Daily Ritual to implement into your mornings:

Part A: Breathwork, Sound & Movement

  • Start your day with your Breathwork practice. Breath is life - Breathe life & love into it!
  • Utilise Sound with your voice with your breathwork to stimulate vibration within the body. If breathing to music, breathe to music that stimulates the energy, vibration & frequency that your body needs or that you want to experience.
  • Allow your breath to move through your body freely, creating more freedom within your body. Feel free to stretch pre or post your breathwork practice to open the body up even more. Also implementing daily exercise whether that be a walk, run or workout - get your body moving!

Part B: Gratitudes, Intentions & Affirmations

Upon completing the above practices state one of each of the following within yourself or in your journal

  • Gratitudes - State 1 thing that you are Grateful for in your life in that very moment.
  • Intentions - State your #1 Intention for your day.
  • Affirmations - State 1 Affirmation, an "I AM" Affirmation that you believe to be true about yourself that will help support you for your day ahead of you.
