What to Expect on This Journey

This isn’t a challenge or a course — this is a commitment.
A 21 Day initiation back to your body, your breath, your truth.
You’ll walk through three phases: Reconnect, Reclaim, and Reignite — each one grounding you deeper into presence, power, and purpose.

Everyday receiving a new module to complete each day for the next 21 days. Each module is short, sharp, and straight to the point allowing you to be more present and focused on the task at hand without overloading you. It's executing each day & task, building the compound effect from consistency over that time that matters most to help support you to develop these specific set of skills.

Consistency is King.

Your Daily Rhythm:

  1. Breathe – 5-10 minutes of intentional breathwork to anchor your nervous system
  2. Reflect – A journal prompt to bring insight, honesty, and ownership
  3. Move – Daily movement + 3x/week workouts to energise and strengthen
  4. Fuel – 3 nourishing meals a day + water to restore your foundation
  5. Challenge – A micro-task each day to sharpen presence and resilience

Weekly Body Practices:

  • 3x/Week Workouts — Movement that challenges you (you choose the form)
  • Daily Movement — Walks, mobility, or breath-to-body reconnection
  • 1x/Week Fasting — A 12–16 hour fast as your personal fire ceremony
