Write with honesty, not analysis. Just name what’s real.
✅ Move – A walk or short session — move what you’re feeling.
✅ Fuel – Clean meals + hydration today. Keep it simple.
✅ Challenge – When emotion rises, say aloud:
“This is ____… and that’s okay.”
Example:
“This is frustration.”
“This is sadness.”
“This is numbness.”
And it’s okay.
Your body holds wisdom.
When you ignore it, it tightens.
